   There are probably others,check area junior colleges,try the UT Health Sciences Center there also,might be some independent programs also. Good Luck!!

   I searched “ultrasound” on http://petersons.com and it only resulted in about 6 institutions and none in San Antonio. The following is part of what was in the description of the Rochester Institute of Technology “The College of Science offers the Bachelor of Science in … diagnostic medical sonography (ultrasound)…minors are also available in… imaging science…”
   You might want to check out this website that specializes in medical technology training http://www.medical-training.info/feature… although even there I didn’t get any search results for Texas.
